Prices
Advertised prices include VAT and are correct at time of publication.
They are, however, subject to market fluctuations, currency movements,
tax, duty fluctuations or for any other reason.
All orders must be for a multiple of 12 bottles
or any number of cases.
The minimum order is for 1 (one) case. (12 bottles).
Carriage
Delivery can only be
made within the UK. We aim to get orders to you within 7 days. If
there is likely to be a problem then we will let you know.
Delivery is charged at £6.95 per case for 1 - 9 cases.. (see
below for Delivery information).
All purchases over 10 cases are delivered free.
Delivery
Our deliveries are normally made by a public carrier, fully insured
by us. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please
write 'Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature.

you have not received your goods within 10 days of ordering.
Claims
Breakages or shortages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery
on 01483 274666. Goods
requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at the customer’s
own risk. Consequential loss: We shall not be liable
for any consequential loss however caused, including (but not limited
to) loss caused by late delivery. If the wine received is in an unsatisfactory
condition, please retain the bottle and contents and call 01483
274666. We are sorry that we can not be held liable
for wine which deteriorates as a result of unsuitable storage after
delivery.
Complaints
We will do everything we can to ensure that your order/enquiry
is dealt with as efficiently as possible. If you do experience problems
of any sort please telephone the Customer
Services number (01483-274666)
or e-mail the office.
Should you have any cause for complaint, please contact us as soon
as possible. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working
days.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days
without giving a reason. The 7 working days will start from the day
after you receive the goods. You are required to provide written notice
of cancellation within the 7 working days period. We will refund your
invoice within 30 days of cancellation.
The goods must be returned by you. Alternatively, we are entitled
to make a charge to reflect the cost of our carrier collecting the
goods from you and this would be deducted from the refund given. This
applies to goods where the cork capsules have not been tampered with.
Statutory Rights
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
